Terms of service

1. Who we are — Operated by Vitta Badzyuk, Anna, Valencia, Calle Mayor, 70, Spain ("VTTTF"). Contact: vitta.fley@gmail.com.
2. Products — All rugs are handmade to order. Minor variations in colour, shape and texture are inherent to handmade work and are not defects. Photos are illustrative.
3. Orders & payment — Placing an order is a binding offer; we confirm by email. Prices in euros (€), include VAT, paid at checkout.
4. Custom commissions — Begin only after design approval and payment; exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right (Art. 16(c), Dir. 2011/83/EU). We share progress and a final photo before shipping.
5. Delivery — See Shipping Policy. Timelines are estimates. Risk passes on delivery.
6. Returns & warranty — See Refund Policy. Statutory EU/Spanish rights (2-year guarantee) unaffected.
7. Intellectual property — All original designs/photos/content belong to VTTTF. Custom work from your artwork assumes you hold the rights to it.
8. Liability — Nothing limits liability that can't be limited by law. Not liable for indirect losses or events outside our control.
